I have filed EB2 I-140/I-485 on Jan/2004 and also filed EB3 I-140 on Feb/2004.

What is the Retrogression Impact for my case.

Please explain....

LC RIR -> AD - Aug/2003
EB2 I-140/I-485 -> RD Jan/26/2004
EB3 I-140 -> Feb/09/2004

EAD1/EAD2 approved
AP approved

No, not in this round of retrogression. Only Eb3 with PD after jan2002 are affected.
