help about I-140 approval notice

I have my I-140 approved, but the company lawyer said since it belongs to
the company, he can't give it to me and of course, the company refused to
provide me both the I-140 receipt notice and approval notice. Is there a way
to get a copy of that from USCIS? Thanks.
 
I don't think you can get a copy from USCIS. My company also did not give me the original copy. Our company Attorney gave me a photo copy of approval notice. I think you can ask them the photo copy of the approval notice. Thye should be able to give you that. I hope this helps.
