Need to apply for my H1B extension for another 3 years. I am still working with the same company. However, my company did restructure last year and the name of the company was changed from XXX. INC to XXX LLC. Other than that, everything is same. Do I need to send $500 Fraud Prevention and Detection fee for my application?
