Help! 2nd FP expires in May of this year

Imputs please: 2nd FP expires in May of this year

Oct-02/2001 RD, 1st FP 12/2001, 2nd FP March 2003.

In the coming May my 2nd expires. I am not sure at all if i could be approved by then.

any of you in the same situation?

Any comments, suggestions appreciated

Hi,

Its taking over 6 months these days to get the AP per my lawyer. If you feel you wont have the need to travel then I guess you can skip it but if you feel that you may need to then I would suggest apply immediately. It costs 110$ for the AP and I am sure would have a lot more value in terms of mental satisfaction. We dont know when we may need to go home and not having the ability to do so would be crazy. Though INS gives interim AP that is only for medical emergency and since the process is new i dont know how difficult or easy it would be to get it.

man, don't think too much,

wish you get approval by that time. otherwise sue them... what the heck is the CIS doing...

take it easy.........
