HELP! 2 140s possible?

Is it possible to have two 140s (one through PERM and one through labor in BEC). My previous labor is in backlog and I filed a new PERM for which approval has come. Can I have 140 from PERM and 140 later from backlog labor (once approved)? Later can i select which one to use for 485? Obviously that would depend on date currency for either applications.

Yes you can have multiple I140. Are you from a retrogressed country ? If not you can apply concurrently for I140 and I485 ....
