The lawyer says that TSC representative told him that this H-1B petition has gone to Washington DC for some kind of background check and there is no way to track it.
USCIS TSC has already taken close to 2 years without giving any response/RFE and am trying to seek advice from better lawyers/other experience people how to hold them accountable or get a response on the least.
