Hello rituriya,

Thank you for your response for RFE.
Can you please brief your RFE details(ie. when did u get RFE and what kind of doct. submitted.).
And also doubting about BC affidavit RFE. Because I saw in one of the forum they mention, If we get BC recently (I got it 12/2000) before filing 485, INS may ask for Affidavit, even though Birth was registered when I born.

How about your case? Have you got any RFE on your BC? Have you submitted recent dated BC?
 
We got RFE for BC issued in 2000

My wife got an RFE for BC issued in 2000.. the RFE wanted two Affidavits and the oldest available document with both parents name... hope that helps.
