Hi! rfe....

I managed to read your discussion thread while searching for I-94 expiration issues......I too have a quite similar situation......

I read in your last post that you received a RFE....regarding your continuity of being in status......

Could you please let me know what have you replied for the RFE...also could you please post your other details.....like RD/ND/FP/State......has your case been assigned to an officer......and is close to adjudication and is that why your received the RFE.....

I will highly appreciate your reponse and the actions you/your lawyer are taking to address your RFE.....

no..but wanted to check what this guy has replied for his RFE....

my case is similar to his......we had a problem with our I-94 expiring when we applied for our 485........

so just wanted to check more details with him.......
