Neshawn,I was trying to ask you a private question and I even tried to send you one but I don't know you got it or not.I just need your opinion about it.Just your point of view.
You can not remember me but you and others in this forum advised me and I'am still grateful for that.NeShawn I got a LUD last week in my E-mail ( after I sent my RFE) stating that my I-485 was approved and they said they sent me a card.I did not get any card yet.I'am still waiting for that "card" they said they sent.I did not get my EAD nor an interview letter.How can I be approved???Just like that.Very easy to be true.My wife and me called custumer service to learn more but the lady just read what was in my portfolio and she told us that the card they said they sent "could" be a green card. (whatever).My concern is that if it's a mistake I should try to get it corrected very quickly so that my AOS won't be delayed.NeShawn what do you think I could do????Thanks you again and waiting for any insight.

I am not Neshawn but I would suggest you get infopass and get more info from an immigration officer about you status. Good luck!
 
Well I am Neshawn and I suggest you give it 30 days before you make an Infopass unless you got time and $$$ on hand :p No, seriously, when exactly was your interview?
 
I did not get an interview letter.They have just sent me a message saying my I-485 is approved and that all.
 
What type of visa did you come here on? How long were you married before you filed? There are some cases where there is no interview.
 
I came here in 2005 on F1 visa.Went to school,married on June 2006 and file for my adjustment of status on september.NOA on 22 of november.RFE on December 5 Response to RFE on december..My update was on January 5 with the approval message.On January 5 I received a LUD with that same message.

Looks like you were approved without an interview. :)
It's been only 10 days after the LUD. Wait another 20 days at least, and you'll get your green cards.
