Hi. I am very new this forum and I am glad that I found this one.

Here is my situation.

Came here in 2000 under H1-B.
Applied GC in 2002.
Still in Labor Certification right now... I dont know why its taking too long :(

I dont know what EB??? I am in.

Here is my question...

Any links I can go to understand this more? So confusing!!!
Also, We did not know the my wife's uncle applied their family for Petition for Relative I-130. And was approved 1994. (If we only knew :( )

I believe that this is considered 4th preference.

Can we use this new information to help us in our application for greencard?

from which state you filed ? was that RIR on non RIR ?
