Hello All,

I need some help here. I got my GC in 2001 April via employment.

I get my eligibility in 2006 January.

I've stayed here continuously except for 4 months.

Now, the issue , my company wants to send me on off-shores work
to india sometime in 2005.I may be asked to go atleast 3-4 months two times in next year.

First question , is it ok , to go repetedly for 3-4 months , i.e total of 6-8 months , only during 2005.? Will there be any issues with citizenship.?

Also, I may have to comeback just before the eligibility from India..
It that ok.? Will i be breaking any 3 months physical presence in US rule.?

Physical Presence - > Be in the US 30/60 months before applying
Continious Residence -> No trip greater than 6 mo...

Going by this, you are ok
PS: What is the 3 months physical presence rule?
