Hello Green Master,
 My client wants to give a permanent job offer but I am in a status of confusion. I have completed 180 days during Mar02. When i called IIO they said june cases are in process and i still need to wait for 4 more months to get my approval. So Can i change my employer to this client. What is your openion on this.. Please send me a detail mail to ravipampana@yahoo.com.
Please let me know what type of documents i need to submit to INS for change of employer if situation turns out to be worse.

After the job change, ask your new company\'s HR to sign a letter to prove your new work, with salary and job description included. Do some analysis that the new job is in similar area with similar tasks. good luck!
