friends... need help ..
with my case
ND 11/5/ 98, FP 4/27/99, RFE for me and my daughter (6/15/00),
for me asked the following :
asked for employment letters and tax returns,W2
RFE responded (6/23). RFE receipt acknowledged for me 6/27/00
usual msg ..." 90-180 ... however preli.. inve comple ..180 days\'
Now for my daughter .. they asked her to do one missing MEDICAL
test .. (Tuberculin skin test)
friends, my question is ..
since my kid is away in india .. i have been asked to wait
by the doctor as he wants to see her .. physically in person
Is there a possibility that they will HOLD my approval
just because of the Other PENDING RFE ..?
