Hi Guys,

Just hooked on to this great forum.Came to know through my friend few days back..I want to sincerely thank Rajiv ,Kashmir,Sillyman,I_140_Takes (& countless others) etc for their maintaing such a lively forum.

My Case Details.

ND: November 23, 2002
2 Ap's and 2 EAD's
Ist FP : Feb 2003
I-485 RFE Reveived By BCIS :Apr 19 2004 (EVL,W2,PAY STUBS etc)
Last Touch Date: 05/04/2004

Waiting for approval :confused:

Nor sure how long it will take.Called Customer support and she said need to wait 60 days after RFE ,before an inquiry can be made.

Well, atleast you are making some progress. Did you file concurrently?

Most likely U get approved first before mine, cause mine is
(un) popular Jan 2002 case
