What the heck is going on with the uscis and eb2s anyway? It looks like they are going in the order of PD for eb2 (regardless of concurrent or not) but in some other arbitrary order for eb3s. What is this screwed up logic?

Well, it said EB3 somewhere in the rupnet.com as well.

I just sent out an email to the guy to ask if he's EB2 or EB3.
