Hello all approved guys,

Please ...please post your details here. I did not see anybody updated the spreadhseet in "Texas Consolidated I140 Tracker" with their I485 approval after 12/30/04.

Please download the spreadsheet and update it.

Very few people take the time to post anything once they are approved. Anyway I know of one approval on the 3rd of Jan 05. It was for a co-worker whos details are the same as mine (even the RDs are the same). His FP was done in early NOV 04. 140 got approved on the 18th of Dec 04 and 485 got approved on the 3rd of Jan 05.

Congrats on ur approval.
One question for you: How did u know that your case was transferred to Miami ?

Is there a way we can find out? Bcos I noticed from your details that when ur lawyer initiated an AILA inquiy it was not "Your time" on the TSC website...meaning the TSC processing time was not the same as your I-140 RD....my lawyer told me that one cannot initiate an inquiry unless its been more than 30 days after the TSC has published a date greater than your RD on their website.

I think you misunderstood my post. I have not been approved yet. My co-worker has been approved. As for the transfer to Miami, I got emails and a written notice from TSC that the case was in Miami. The inquiry by AILA was to find out where my case was. I live in ATL GA and the case should never have gone to Miami. The inquiry was to let TSC know of their error. It had nothing to do with my 140 not being approved.

my co-worker who is EB2 with PD of June 2001, I140/485 RD Feb 5 2004 got his I140/485 approved together on Jan 20th 2005. This is the only concurrent approval i know of this year. My info is in the signature.
