Recently, my colleague was told that the company cannot extend his H1 visa anymore unless he agrees to move to another company office located in a different state.
In order to meet current LC requirement for his job title in California (Software Engineer) the company has to pay 100K which is like almost 50% higher than he makes now.
The same problem will raise with his Green Card LC process.
