Approved: 5/15/03

Did not check yesterday - and that was the day.

Way, yes I did file the 485 concurrently in Sept 2002. There had been a lot of discussion about 485 being clubbed with 140 for processing and that did affect me. I am sure thats one of the reasons for the delay but it proves that 140 approvals are not being held till 485 is approved.
