Checked AVM to know that my case has been approved

AVM says the case was approved on July 19 (I hope its right and am not hearing voices)
Does any one know how long does it get to get the approval by mail.

Vikas,
Try calling the same number in the evening hours. Your call will
be automatically forwarded to the voice machine. Probably you
tried in the day time. You would get a busy tone if you called in
day time and you have to keep trying in order to get through the
number in day time.
