I presume your parents are planning to come to US and you would like to buy medical insurance form them. You can either buy it form India from any of the insurance companies (GIC, NIA, etc.) or you can buy it in US. A good place to check is: www.immihelp.com
It will cost you around $100 per month depending on coverage desired and the age of the insured.
Buying it in India is cheaper but claiming any benefit is a big hassle. You make the decision based on your parent's health condition and your risk tolerance.
