When I sent my I485 to TSC, I was told not to send health exam report as attached document because it takes so long for TSC to process application and by the
Time application gets processed exam will be no long valid ( out of date ).

It seems nobody mentioned in this forum about health exam report issue, so
I wonder if it is really required by TSC before the Approved Day of I485.
Please let me know if you have the info about health exam report.

With best of my knowledge, it is not true. You need to submit medical examination report with 485 application and medical exam is valid till adjustment - validity of medical examination has been extended with the memos - search this forum for that thread.

The medical examination must not be more than 1 year old on the date of submission.
