What is the best step to do to apply for GC, after being approved for an H1B.
I have heard that takes for ever, and someone told me that i can short cut the proccess and i dont know how?
Can someone help me.................

Asking a question this broad is like asking "please tell me how to create my own website." I guess the short answer would be to retain an attorney (or a programmer).

You may be able to file a National Interest Waiver, and EB-1, file an LC in a state with relatively fast processing times or use an already approved Labor Certification but these will depend so much on the facts that you need professional assistance to determine your options.
