I live in Hawaii and trying to determine where I need to file forms and what processing times are applicable to me....

I live in Honolulu so I guess my DO is Honolulu!...

I plan to file I-130 and I-485 concurrently to the Chicago Lockbox. Can someone confirm that this is the correct address:

US Citizenship and Immigration Services
P.O. Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680-4120

I can Fed-Ex to there?

I was checking out processing times here:
https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/ptimes.jsp

If I'm mailing everything to Chicago, do I need to worry about my DO's processing times?

Why doesn't Honolulu DO list I-130 as something they process?

Fedex has a different address. This address is for USPS parcels.
Fedex address is:
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services
Attn: FBASI
427 S. LaSalle – 3rd Floor
Chicago, IL 60605-1098

Chicago forwards your stuff to missouri center which, in turn, sends u notices and forwards your 485 case to your local center. So..yes, you shud have a brief idea about your local center's processing time

I130 shud show up on the CA service center processing page, not ur local office page. I just checked,
http://immihelp.com/timings/local.jsp
CA shows Sept13 for I130 currently, I won't trust those dates, tho (my 2 cents)
Usually, it's approved right around your interview
