haven't seen many EB3 485 approvals recently

I havent seen many EB3 485 approvals recently..mostly it seems to be either EB2 concurrent approvals or old 2002 cases being approved. Am I mistaken or what?

Mine was approved Last week; Mine is EB3.....There are few more in TSC I-485 Forum. Good Luck with your approval.

You are correct. I have only seen 2002 EB3s approved over the past month or so. EB1s, EB2s approvals are common. As for Jaguar2004, I think his case is more of an exception rather than the rule. If I remember correctly he is EB3 but not from one of the countries affected by retrogression.

My feeling is that TSC will move onto 03 and 04 EB3 cases that have current PD once they are caught up sufficiently with 02s. There seem to be a lot of 02s still left. Lets see if my theory holds true in the next few months.

See my details below....I was quite lucky. There are few more 2004 EB3 cases approved in last few days with current PD. Keep your hopes alive and good luck with your approval.
