Me and one of my collegue filed for I140/485 concurently at the same time you can our applications was submitted to USCIS on the same day as we work for same employer. we submitted our application on 28th June 05
The difference is I did not apply for EAD/AP, the other collegue applied for EAD/AP. His PD is July 2001 and My PD is Aug 2000.
My Collegue got FP notice 2 weeks back and I haven't still got it.
Can any please tell me what could be the possible reason of not getting FP yet, is that something i have to worry about.
I know FP is for 485, but i was wondering how come my collegues case would have opned up as still his I-140 is not cleared.
