Haven't received E-Filed EAD,AP notice by mail

Hi,

My wife and I electronically filed for our second EAD and AP on July 30th, 2004. After submitting the applications online we got our EAC numbers for the both EAD and AP applications but we still haven't received the actual receipts by mail from BCIS as online message said we would within 14 days.

Does anyone else have a similar experience?

By the way, my credit card is already charged with the filing fees and LUDs on all the 4 applications have changed to the date on which we went to local Application Support Center to get our pictures and finger prints taken.

I too electronically filed for our 2nd EAD card in May, but I did it through my lawyer. Although I never got a paper Receipt in the mail, my lawyer received one. I just used the online receipt. I got my EAD card in August.

So you shouldn't worry too much about. Just keep the copy of the online receipt intact.

i efiled my advance parole last June 1, 2004, i got my eac no. online but never recived any official recipt by regular mail, i called them twice and sent a written request to send me another official notice but to no avail, i am just hoping against hope that my 1-485 will be approved before december 21 before my expected trip to my country
