I filed my I-485 along with AP and EAD with a Notice Date of 01-015-xxxxx (October 24th). I got my EAD approved (per AVM) and got FP notice. But my wife and I still did not get our Advance Paroles. Any idea.
We travelled international in December with H1B stamp and I-485 receipts. Do you think that in some way negated the advance parole application.
The AVM has no decision on the AP case.
