I-140 is now 14th December 2006, are they keep changing...
All the dates went back just like May.
I140 - comes back to Oct 06 plus other missing I140 catergories are back on.
I485 - comes back to Sep 06....
I just want to make sure I am not crazy, can someone take a look at it?

Can we Sue the USCIS??
I wish I had printed the 'processing times report' dated June 15, 2007 to compare with the June 18, 2007 report. Even the EAD and AP dates have changed for good. The dates for I-485s also look logical compared to the EAD and AP dates.
How can the USCIS get away without any accountability while it is exclusively funded by our (legal immigrant community) money and NOT the American Tax Payer's money as doltishly claimed by idiots like Lou Dobbs?
