I sent in more paperwork for RFE -- now I call to find out if they got it and they said 'yes' but now we need final divorce papers -- which I sent with original packet 3(certified copies). Is it just my bad luck? I am now back to having to wait for certified copies of divorce papers ... which is going to set me back another 2 months...because NVC lost the ones I sent or are not seeing them in the packet and there is nothing I can do. I am not good with this sort of situation and my frustration level is rising... anyone have similar horror story to share?
