Have somebody noticed Processing Dates at VSC

All,

Have somebody noticed the Processing Dates for VSC w.e.f 04/08/2004.

I-131 - 02/23/2004
I-485 - 01/09/2002 (is this a joke or they started moving back)
I-765 - 02/24/2004

Very good for AP (I-131) and EAD (I-765) as the dates are moved by months, although don't know if it affects anything.

Any thoughs/comments about I-485 date, which was Feb. 15, 2002 and now Jan. 9, 2002.
