Have some one got same message when calling to USCIS

My case is pending at security check since I got the status inquiry response at December 2004.
After that, every time when I calling USCIS, after press my I485 receipt number the telephone service message change to say" sorry for temporal problem, we can't located at your account information, please call back later."

I wondered is there some one have same situation as me?

It is a typical problem after they update online message to 'We responded to your request for more information on your case....'
 
It is really strange. It seems it can't locate my information at their system or block my account after their updated. since December until now it always say have temporal problem forever.

Thanks Rajudm for your response. Wish you can get response from FBI soon.
I also sent the FOIPA request on early of February, no response yet. when did you send the FOIPA request?
