Have question about restamping

My wife got the plastic card after 9months from TSC, POE JFK(3/3/01). Unfortunately, they printed birthdate as the "resident Since" and we need to apply I-90 at the local INS office. Her passport stamp will expire in three months. My question is, can they restamp the passport now or do we need to wait untill 3 months and go back to local INS for restamping. Just want to avoid the trips to Local INS office. Also, can we use this wrong card to sponsor my in-Laws Visitor visa?

i am not 100% sure about this one but if u dont have a passport its okay u can still go for the stamp just take a picture with u

Call this number...

1-800-375-5283 it\'s the INS customer service number. They can tell you whether you can get the stamp now or not.

As far as I know you have to wait for another 2-3 months to get another stamp, but you can file your I-90 to correct the mistake at the local office (bring 2 green card photos & passport) now.
