hi all,
Here is my situation. I graduated from texas and married to my husband which is located in california. I had my interveiw on 2/4/2/08, but I have not receive my gc yet. I have been trying so hard to get a job here (Ca), but have not heard any good news yet probablly because I graduated from another state. So I decided to look for a job in TX since I went to school there and know that area and thank god I finally got an offer in Tx. but now I am confused, what about after two yr of removal my physical gc? Does this will affect to remove my conditional gc in 2 yrs? I am really worried about this and have been thinking this all the time. This make me frustrated! should I accept the offer? I am currently having a TMJ pain and insurance is not going to paid any of them. Is it going to be risky if I work in Tx, but still have not receive my gc yet. I am supposed to give them answer asap. Please give me some advises. If any of you have similiar situation, please share ur experiences. thank you for all of your helps.

i'll jump in. I am not an immigration expert like some here are but I can say this. Why would USCIS care in what state you work? Why would they remove your residency if you accept a job in another state?

Please give more background for your questions:
- Were you approved at the interview
- will your husband relocate with you

I agree with banana1842 here. My residence is Atlanta but since I am a consultant, I have projects nationwide. At the moment I am working in Boston & will be going to Atlanta for the interview in couple of weeks.
