have New message on my 140..Please help me?

On Sep 21st..the message was We sent a notice for requesting additional information..

But we( Employer or Lawyer) didnt recieve any letter so for..


Now on Oct 5th..this is message

"On October 5, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

what is this mean?

I filed Concurently 140/485..my RD are 07/28/03. EB3 Case..

I think it is an approval message. I-140 is approved and your lawyer/employer will get it.
