Waited for 45 mins. The lady looked up my case in the computer and said: "It has not been scheduled. The box is not even opened, yet. We have been behind for some time. Last Friday restarted processing these cases. But it is going to take a while." My details: RD: 12/22/00, ND: 01/03/01, FP: 04/26/01, TD: 06/04/01.
