Hello,
My 1-485 is pending. I had interview last year and my I-94 white card was taken away in the interview. I have valid H1b and need to go to Canada for 1 night. I plan to drive up to Buffalo and cross the border there. Is it safe for me to come back with the H1b 797 form by using Contiguous Territory Rule? Since I do not have the I-94 white card, will I have trouble leaving US? Do I need to have another I-94 white card when I come back to US?
