Have GC Need to bring parents to US permenantly

Hi Folks,

I have a GC and I have to bring my parents to live with me permenantly. They have visitor\'s visa and usually when they have come in the past they have had a valid I-94 cards for anywhere between a year to 2 years.

Now I want to bring them here to the US to stay with us permenantly. We would like to avoid travelling back and forth between Asia and the US to update I-94\'s or use the mail facility.

HOW DO I PROCEED ?? PLEASE SHARE VIEWS AND IDEAS.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

That\'s correct

But there may be other options. A visitor\'s visa will become increasingly difficult since you have a GC. If INS suspect immigrant intent, they will not permit entry on a B visa.
