Hi Guys!
My EAD is expiring in 10 days and I have an active H1 visa which is valid till 2004. But I went to india on an advanced parole(which I got through my husband's I-485 status). All I'm concerned is, will my H1 visa be still valid and can I continue to work on H1 after my EAD gets expired.
Please respond to this with ur suggestions and views.
