I have seen in one of your postings that you work in EAD in Virginia. My I-485 is pending and EAD expires in two weeks. Can you please tell me if I can renew my EAD at local INS office? Also how many days do I have to wait for this?

hey,
i live in va. i am pretty sure you can not renew your EAD at local ins office in Arlington. You should file that to VSC and that will take about three months. My lawyer filed my EAD card just two weeks ago. i checked with my lawer and anther two lawyers and all of them told me that i should file for a new card to VSC.
But please discuss your case with a good lawyer.
