Has VSC been approving I-485 cases using AC21 portability rule ?
Last I read was they still do not have regulations out for that.

Hence wondering if any one making use of it and are they getting approved specially after getting RFE.

Any input would be appreciated.

I believe they are approving cases using AC21. I was considering switching companies using AC21 before my approval and had spoken to an independent (and reputed) lawyer on this issue. They specified they had replied to a few RFE's based on AC21 job change and had received approvals. Although, they also mentioned that about 20% of those cases were transfered for local interviews, some for clarification of job responsibilities, while others for totally unrelated issues (medicals, address change, no reason, etc.)

I did not receive any RFE's though and did nt use AC21 either. Consult a good lawyer before you decide on any decisions.
 
job change before 180 days?

So Job change BEFORE 180 days can also make use of it along with the cases that changed job after 180 days ?? :confused:
