Has NSC slowed down?

Hello Guys, is it just me or do you also feel that NSC has slowed down in appoving 485\'s. Does anyone has any idea as to what NSC is up to. Do you think that they are busy with the LIFE applicants.

I talked to NSC 2 weeks ago and the NSC rep told me that they had stopped giving OVERTIME and this will certainly slow things down going forward.
