Has anyone ever heard of an Adjustment of Status get denied in the EB categories?

If so, what reason could/would it be denied for, assuming that FBI check came back without problems?
 
Of course. There would be no reason for filing them if they were never denied. Common reasons for denial would be overstays, illegal employment, fraud, termination of the employment that permits the GC and the commission of certain crimes (generally, crimes involving moral turpitude and aggravated felonies).
