Has EB3 Retrogression taken effect? Pls help.....

I'm just wondering if the EB3 Retrogression has gone thru. Do you know of any I-485 approvals in EB3 category in January for nationals from India, China or Phillipines? I think the Priority cut-off date is Jan 01, 2002 for EB-3 retrogression.

My EB-3 priority date is 03/2001 and it passed cut-off date. So I wonder my case should not be affected by retrogression, is it right? Thanks.
