Probably all federal employees in Texas stayed at home ahead of hurricane Eduard's arrival in TX, even though it fizzled out the moment it hit the shore ;)

I really wish you to get approved immediatley, the first new fiscal year visa should be assign to you. U deserve to get approval on Oct 1st. Ur I485 filed in 2003 - long back.
