I saw in Sheela Murthy\'s website that the temporary freeze on NIVs in Canada and Mexico has been lifted on Dec 4th. Has anyone made any appointment after this date?
My wife needs to convert her H-4 to F-1. She wants to start school in January and chances for assistantship look very bright. So we need to convert the visa very soon.
Can she do it in Canada? We are both from India.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
