Has anyone has any concrete info to offer on Mumbai US Consulate?

I gathered from a friend From Mumbai that one of his relation went to take visitor\'s visa at Mumabai US consulate yesterday. He said that the consulate is not issuing visa now.

Any info on the status of the IV interviews scheduled on June? I have sent an email. will post the response. Lets hope things go well for all of us.

I got a similar response from Delhi

I got an email today saying they are open and continuing with Immigrant visa interviews ...
