Has anyone got multiple year extensions?

Hello Guys,

Just wondering, has anyone recently got EAD / AP / H1 extension approved for more than 1 year?. Due to this retrogression, I believe we're eligible to have 3 year extension on our EAD /AP/H1's.

Could you please share your experience, If so, I would also apply for it and get 3 year extension. Save some money and Save the Hassel of going to DMV for 6 month License extension.

I hate going to DMV and dealing with those dumb people (some of them are really knowledgeable) and be treated like an unwanted animal....

With I-140 approval

Kishore,

You can get 3-year extensions on your H1B ( beyond your 6th year ) provided you meet the following conditions:

1) Your I-140 is approved AND
2) Your I-485 is pending because the visa numbers are not available

I don't think you can get EAD/APs for 3 years. You may want to check on that one.

Thanks Rasi!!. But I remeber reading it somewhere, that you are eligible to get multiple year extension for EAD and AP as well, when 140 is approved and 485 is pending due to Visa Number availability
