My mother has an approved IR-5 visa that expires on July 23rd, 2020. I was wondering if IR-5 visa holders from India are allowed to enter US currently? Has anyone on immigrant visa entered the US recently?
The only temporary bans in place are on people coming from specific regions. As long as she is not coming from or transiting through one of the affected regions, she will be fine.
