Has anyone applied for N-600K?

Hi ,
Has anyone applied for N-600K for minor kids ?
We are moving to India by May . We are applying for U.S passport for my daughter who is 10 yrs . I wanted to get her the naturalization certificate too which is always safe . But we have to go back to India by May so that she can go to school from June. I sent an email to U.S embassy in India about the certificate (if we can apply in India)& I got the reply from them saying that I can apply N-600K . If the child is not in U.S it doesn't matter .
I wanted to know if there is anyone who had applied for N-600K instead of N-600 ? How the process goes & did they have any problem in the process ?

Are you sure N600K applies in your case ?

I thought N600K is for somebody who is not a US citizen and in your case it appears your daughter is a US Citizen as she is going to travel with US passport.
