I am a USC and currently waiting for the immigration petitions for my wife and daughter to process. My wife's I-130 was approved and the case is NVC however, I am still waiting for I-130 approval for my daughter. I have submitted Affidavit of Support fee for my wife.
I need to find out if I can apply for k-3 visa for my wife and daughter. If yes, what will happen to the process of immigrant visa that is already underway?
